Si le candidat référé est embauché et employé pendant 12 mois, l'employé ayant soumit la référence recevra 600 $ et l'employé référé recevra 400 $.
L'employé référé doit être actif à la date anniversaire d'un an pour recevoir le paiement. Si l'employé ayant soumit la référence n'est plus avec l'entreprise à la date anniversaire du 12e mois, l'employé référé (tant qu'il est actif) recevra quand même 400 $.
Afin d'être éligible au programme de référence, l'employé d'IMG DOIT apporter le curriculum vitae du candidat et le formulaire de référence rempli aux ressources humaines AVANT que le candidat ne soit contacté (sans exceptions).
